Neo is available to institutional users on request. Access is reviewed and granted per team.

Request access

1. Go to ozone.bitpulse.io/agent and submit an early access request.
2. Our team reviews your request and follows up, typically within one business day.
3. Once approved, you receive sign-in details for the Neo chat surface.

What to include

To speed up review, tell us:

• Your team or organization and your role.
• Which protocols and positions you want to cover.
• Whether you already use Ozone or the Bitpulse Risk API.

After approval

Once your access is granted, you can reach Neo at the chat surface linked in your approval email and start asking risk questions right away. New to it? Start with Getting the most out of Neo.
